1/4 c. each chicken broth and soy sauce
2 T. oil
1 t. each oregano and ginger
2 lbs. chicken drumsticks (12 medium)
In 12x9x2 baking pan, stir together broth, soy sauce, oil, oregano, and ginger. Add drumsticks. Bake 425° for 40 minutes, basting occasionally or until tender and brown.
