Bean Salad

1 can green beans
1 can wax beans
1 can lima beans
1 can kidney beans
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced

Dressing:
¼ c. vinegar (wine or regular)
½ c. oil (corn)
1/8 c. sugar (or less)
Salt
2 t. basil
Chopped parsley
1 t. dry mustard

I'm not sure of the name since grandma didn't have this recipe labeled. Not only that, but there were no directions given either! I'm assuming that you just dump everything in a bowl and stir it up.

This recipe was scribbled on the back of a 1962 letter to Anita Rogoff from the Cuyahoga Community College. Anita is the neighbor in the little brick house who painted the beautiful picture of grandma’s house.
