Carrot Cake

2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg

Sift together above ingredients and then mix in:

1 ½ c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
8 ½ oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts

Grease and flour (Pam OK) 13x9 pan. Bake 325° about 50 minutes.
