Pineapple-Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
1 c. oil

Beat until fluffy.

2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt

Mix together. Add to sugar and egg mixture.

1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts
½ c. raisins (optional)

Mix and add to zucchini mixture.

Bake 325° for 1 hour in two greased log pans.
