Salad:
Spinach
Bean sprouts
Mushrooms
Sunflower seeds
Can add if you wish:
Hard cooked egg
Mandarin orange
Bacon
Salad Dressing:
1 c. salad oil (canola)
¼ c. vinegar
1 small onion, diced
3/8 – ½ c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1 T. Worcestershire sauce (Grandma actually wrote: "Worchestersauce")
Mix in jar ahead of time to use. Shake well.
