1 T. cornstarch
2 T. water
1 envelope onion soup mix
½ c. Russian dressing
2 lbs. boneless pork, cubed
1 can (1# 4 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 green pepper, thin strips (I don’t use)
1 Brown in Bag (10”x16”)
In large bowl, combine cornstarch and water. Add soup and dressing. Stir in pork, pineapple, and pepper. Place brown in bag in baking pan. Add pork mixture. Bake 1-1 ¼ hours or till done. Serves 4-6.
