Beet Salad

1 3 oz. lemon Jell-O

1 c. hot water (boiling)

1 c. sliced beets with juice

½ T. horseradish

Some mayonnaise

Mix Jell-O and hot water. Mix beets, horseradish, and mayo and add to Jell-O. Put in 8x8 pan or molds. Refrigerate.
