½ c. nuts
1 stick margarine or butter
Mix together and spread over 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip (1/2 large container)
1 c. confectioner’s sugar
Beat together. Spread overcooled crust. Prepare 2 pkgs. Lemon instant pudding using 2-3 (? Can’t read writing) cups milk. Beat 1 minute. Pour over cheese and crust. Top with rest of Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
