Brisket

6-7 lb. brisket
Large onion
1 ½ c. water
Make paste:
5 cloves garlic, salt, paprika, and pepper
(She doesn’t say, but I assume you are supposed to rub paste on brisket before roasting..)

Place brisket in large pan. Add onion and water. Cover. Roast 3 hours or till done. 325°.
