Elegant Potatoes

2 lb. pkg. hash brown potatoes (frozen)
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
¼ lb. oleo, melted
½ c. milk

Mix all ingredients and bake covered for 2 hours at 350°. Serves 10.

The “Elegant Potatoes” recipe was written on the back of the “5 Bean Casserole” recipe. I'm not sure who wrote these. There was a note at the bottom that read: “I forgot about these. Hope they come in on time. If you feel you’ll be gone longer than the two hours, set the temperature a little lower."
