Kentucky Cornbread
Someone's very full plate!
8 oz. can corn, drained
8 oz. can creamed corn
8 oz. container sour cream
8 oz. box Jiffy corn bread (muffin) mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick melted margarine
Mix well and put in 1 ½ qt. casserole (or 8x8 pan). Bake at 350° for around 45 minutes.
