Lemon Squares

1 c. flour
½ c. butter or margarine
¼ c. confectioner’s sugar

Combine and pack firmly into an 8x8 “ pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

2 eggs, beaten
2 T. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
½ t. baking powder

Combine and spread on hot baked crust. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes at 350°. May be frosted when cool. Mix confectioner’s sugar and lemon juice until spreads easily.
