Meatloaf – 50

10 lbs. ground beef
5 c. dry bread crumbs
5 ¼ c. milk
2 c. tomato catsup
14 beaten eggs
1 ¾ c. grated onion
1 T. sage
2 ½ T. salt
1 t. pepper

Soak breadcrumbs in milk. Add meat, eggs, onion, sage, salt, pepper, catsup. Mix well. Form into loaves. Cover with piquant sauce. Bake 325° uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Piquant Sauce:
1 ¼ c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. catsup
2 scant t. nutmeg
2 T. + 1 t. dry mustard
