Pineapple Cottage Cheese Salad

2-3 oz. pkg. lemon or lime Jell-O (or 1-6 oz. pkg.)
1 c. hot water or hot pineapple juice
2 c. 7-Up or Ginger ale
1 c. drained, crushed pineapples
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. Miracle Whip Dressing (or Hellmann’s)

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water or pineapple (HOT) juice. Let cool. Beat cottage cheese and dressing. Added to cooled Jell-O with the crushed pineapple. Pour into mold or pan to set.
