2 c. sugar
Vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. walnuts
1 large crushed pineapple with juice (No. 2 can)
2 t. baking soda
Mix wet with dry ingredients. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes in 9x12 cake pan (or 9x13).
Frosting:
1-8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 ½ c. confectioner’s sugar
1 t. vanilla
