2 c. sugar, ½ of it brown
6 T. (heaping) flour
6 eggs (2 egg whites save to be beaten last)
1 can Carnation Milk
3 c. fresh milk
½ t. salt
4 t. pumpkin pie spice
Mix everything. Add beaten egg whites. Pout into pie shells. Bake at 375° until brown or knife comes out clean. Makes 3 pies.
