2 ½ T. confectioner’s sugar
1 c. sifted cake flour
½ t. ice water
½ c. chopped nuts
½ t. vanilla
Cream shortening. Add sugar, flour, ice water, nuts, and vanilla. Mix well. Chill. Shape into rolls and chill. Slice and bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Immediately after removing from oven, shake a few at a time in a bag with powdered sugar.
