2 sticks margarine
2 c. quick raw rice (Ben’s)
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 T. soy sauce
1 can onion soup (Campbell ’s), add water to make 2 cups
1 can chicken broth, add water to make 2 cups
Extra water if dry
Melt margarine and brown noodles. Add rice and stir. Put in casserole and add soup and water. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
