1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. baking soda
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1 T. crunchy peanut butter
Preheat over to 325°. Grease and flour 8” loaf pan. Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs. Sift together baking soda and flour. Stir into egg mixture. Stir in bananas and peanut butter. Turn batter into pan. Bake 1 hour (or 1 hour 45 minutes --- not sure).
