Dilly Bread

2-2 ¼ c. flour
2 T. sugar
1 t. salt
1 T. instant minced onions
2 t. dill seed
¼ t. soda
1 pkg. yeast
1 T. margarine
¼ c. hot water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg

Mix ¼ cup flour, sugar, salt, seed, onion, soda, and yeast. Add water and margarine. Beat 2 minutes. Add cottage cheese, egg, ½ cup flour. Beat on high speed. Add rest of flour. Let rest til double. Stir down. Put in pan. Let rise again. Bake 350° 30-40 minutes.
